Honkai Star Rail Version 1.3 Special Program Livestream Highlights

The story of The Xianzhou Luofu continues as Honkai Star Rail version 1.3 “Celestial Eyes Above Mortal Ruins” slowly approaches, bringing us some important characters to finally be playable as well as a huge update for Simulated Universe.

New Characters

5★ Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae

Dan Heng was the High Elder of the Luofu, bearer of the Azure Dragon’s legacy, and once held the title of “Imbibitor Lunae”.

He will be an Imaginary character who walks the Path of Destruction, specializing in enhancing his basic attacks by charging up with his skills.

5★ Fu Xuan

Fu Xuan is the Master Diviner of the Xianzhou Luofu’s Divination Commission and is one of the Six Charioteers, who specializes in foretelling prophecies.

She will be a Quantum character who walks the Path of Preservation, having the ability to absorb a portion of damage dealt to her allies and reduces damage taken for the whole party.

4★ Lynx

Lynx is the sister of Serval and Gepard and is the youngest daughter of the Landau family.

She will be a Quantum character who walks the Path of Abundance and will be a healer with a unique ability to redirect attacks to allies.

Aurum Alley’s Hustle and Bustle 

Adds Aurum Alley as a new area that players will have to rebuild, featuring 4★ Sushang as a recruitable character reward.

Space Station Task Force

Completes various requests to receive rewards.

Simulated Universe Update

In version 1.3, Honkai Star Rail will be updating the Simulated Universe with “The Swarm Disaster”, featuring a completely new take on the procedurally generated game mode.

In the Swarm Disaster, the routes will be completely randomized in a chessboard pattern, and players will have to venture into a chosen level to complete wildly different challenges to gain blessings to their Paths.

Once players reach the end of the Swarm Disaster Simulated Universe run, they will face a new boss called The Swarm: True Stings, which has a brood-like ability to summon minions repeatedly.

Upon defeating the boss for the first time, players will unlock the Path of Propagation permanently for future Simulated Universe runs, gaining new buffs for their characters as they explore.

Other Features 

As previously revealed by HoYoverse, the Honkai Star Rail version 1.3 update will include various quality-of-life (QoL) improvements to the game.

Once the version 1.3 update goes live, the limit of Trailblaze Power to 240, and excess ones will be converted to Reserved Trailblaze Power.

Additionally, the developers also revealed some of the chat stickers that players can send to their friends through the in-game chat.

HoYoverse also announced that they will be attending this year’s Gamescom from the 23th of August to 27th of August.

Redemption Codes

Last but not least, the livestream redemption codes for the Stellar Jades, which can be redeemed before the expiry date of 19 August 2023, 12 PM (UTC+8).
