Bandai Namco Entertainment has launched pre registrations for a global version of Gundam UC Engage, the Gundam gacha game.
The game is available for pre registration now on both the Google Play store as well as the Apple App store, with the App Store saying the game will release on the 25th of October 2023.
It should be noted that the App store dates tend to be accurate, as was the case with Honkai Star Rail.
Gundam UC Engage was previously released in Japan, where it had a niche following because of its high quality cutscenes made to mimic the style of early UC-timeline Gundam anime such as Zeta Gundam and the original Mobile Suit Gundam.
Based on the trailer, it looks like the Global version of Gundam UC Engage will also still be using Japanese voices, albeit with English text.
Story Mode features both a mix of retellings of the original UC stories as well as new scenarios featuring various characters.
Gameplay-wise, UC Engage sees you building a team of mobile suits and equipping them with iconic pilots from across the series that you can gacha for.
Battles are played out automatically, with players only having to consider the positioning and loadouts of their squads.
