Square Enix has announced updates to several of their mobile titles including Final Fantasy VI villain Kefka coming War of The Visions Final Fantasy Brave Exvius and Final Fantasy VIII characters coming Brave Exvius.

Legendary villain Kefka appears in the return of Final Fantasy VI collaboration in War of The Visions Final Fantasy Brave Exvius
The new character Kefka, the maniacal antagonist of Final Fantasy VI, joins previous additions Terra and Celes as a summonable character in this limited-time collaboration. You can also acquire Locke for free by logging in during the collab period.
The second Auto Battle tournament of War of The Visions Final Fantasy Brave Exvius Championship 2023 will also be held next week. Titled, The Horne Cup, the event will go live on June 10th at 7:00 AM PST / 10:00 PM MYT on the SQUARE ENIX Twitch Channel and the game’s official Youtube channel.
Final Fantasy VIII heroes join Final Fantasy Brave Exvius
A new Squall with strong light and elemental attacks arrives at Final Fantasy Brave Exvius. Players will also have the chance to summon Final Fantasy VIII Sorceress’s Knight Squall (Neo Vision) with a beautiful CG limit burst, plus SeeD Blue Mage Quistis (Neo Vision). You’ll also be able to Awaken SeeD Blue Mage Quistis (NV) to EX+1 and EX+3 to obtain the Vision Card, “The Nick of Time”, and awaken Sorceress’s Knight Squall (NV) to EX+3 to obtain Squall versus Seifer as awakening rewards.
A Sorceress’s Knight Squall Discounted Step-Up Summon will be available now until June 14th, when players can obtain one NV unit guaranteed on Step 4. You can perform this summons to obtain NV Exchange Ticket (Sorceress’s Knight Squall) from each summon and collect 20 NV Exchange Tickets (Sorceress’s Knight Squall) to exchange for the featured unit.
The new series of event quests titled “World of Visions: Final Fantasy VIII – A Fate Written Before Time” will go on until June 14th to get event point rewards and Ranking rewards, including lapis, NV EX Ticket (3★/4★/5★/NV) x1, Transcension Pearl x1, and more.
A new warrior joins Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia: Reks from Final Fantasy XII
Reks, the loyal Dalmascan knight who fights for family, from Final Fantasy XII is coming to the playable cast of Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia. His weapons will be featured in draws until June 14.
Octopath Traveler: Champions of The Continent players can unravel new main story content
Octopath Traveler: Champions of The Continent will see the conclusion to the Bestower of Fame storyline. Sazantos, Hugo, and the Ringbearer Chosen proceed through the Valley of Death and on to Berecain, where the descendants of a fallen kingdom live, in pursuit of the False God with the hope of stopping her devious plans.
The update will see the Wind-elemental hunter Chloe join the party, equipped with a multi-hit bow and devastating wind attacks as well as Nona, a Fire-elemental merchant bringing stunning single-target damage.
Additional tasks have been added to help new players progress through the early stages of the main story. Those who complete these tasks will be rewarded with 10 Traveler’s Sacred Seals, 120 Gold Guidestones, and more.
Adventure of Dai Crossover Events continue in Dragon Quest Tacgt
The First Adventure of Dai Crossover Event Revival will be ongoing until July 12th in Dragon Quest Tact. During the event, players can challenge event quests based on the world of the anime series Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai, featuring an original story starring characters such as Dai and Popp. Recruit event-exclusive characters Maam and Baran until July 12th.
Starting June 5th, you can set out on another adventure with Dai and friends in Dragon Quest Tact during the Second Adventure of Dai Crossover Event. Recruit S-Rank character Dark Armour Spear Hyunckel and acquire limited items by collecting Second Adventure of Dai Medals to swap for amazing rewards. Claim the Adventure of Dai Crossover Present login bonuses and receive up to 12,800 Gems by logging in several days in a row.
The game will also be celebrating Dragon Quest Day, recognized on May 27th, by logging in before July 2 to get one 2023 Dragon Quest Day SP Scout Voucher, which can be used for an SP Scout color of your choice, each guaranteeing an S-Rank character.
