Apex Legends Character Trailer Showcases Ballistic Skills And Capabilities

Apex Legends 24th new Legend, Ballistic has just received a character trailer that showcases the skills and capabilities of the character.

Under the name Ballistic, August Montgomery Brinkman was once the greatest competitor in the Thunderdome Games where he fought with wild bravado.

Ballistic comes with a few tricks quite unique to Apex Legends, firstly he has a Passive ability called Sling which lets him store a third weapon for later use which can be accessed via Inventory or the Character Utility Action. This additional weapon however cannot be upgrade with attachments but does allow for an interesting type of play during the later stages of the game.

His tactical ability Whistler lets Ballistic shoot a guided projectile that causes the enemies’ guns to heat up which causes damage if they shoot the weapon. While the Whistler may be guided, Ballistic players will need to hold the Tactical in order for it to achieve a lock in.

His last ability which is his Ultimate called Tempest, gives nearby teammates faster reloads, faster armed move speed and infinite ammo. The Sling weapon is also upgrade to gold when tempest is activated.

Apex Legends: Arsenal is scheduled to release on May 9th and will be available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC via EA App and Steam.
