EA Sports F1 23 Gets Official Release Date

EA Sports F1 23, which is the official videogame of the 2023 FIA Formula One World Championship is scheduled to release on June 16, 2023 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via EA App, Epic Games Store and Steam.

The game is also said to include a popular returning feature which is the story mode called Braking Point that will feature the careers of young racers and their team called, Konnersport Racing Team who are hoping to succeed against the current real-world F1 teams and drivers.

Lee Mather, Senior Creative Director at Codemasters was quoted saying, “The return of Braking Point allows players to immerse themselves in a racing story, which provides a unique look at F1 alongside the authentic race features our players know and love. Our close relationship with the teams has allowed us to refine our handling model, adding greater realism to pad-play, and implementing a new color encoding system used in film and TV creates a more true-to-life experience.”

EA Sports F1 23, will feature every team, driver and circuit for the 2023 season, including the highly anticipated Las Vegas Grand Prix and Losail International Circuit, Qatar. On top of that, 35% race distance also makes it debut in EA Sports F1 23, which following community feedback, will provide the perfect sweet spot between the previous short and long race options. Three legacy circuits are also confirmed for launch which are Paul Ricard (France), Shanghai (China) and Portimão (Portugal).

Back-to-back World Champion Max Verstappen will feature as the cover star for the digital-exclusive f1 23 Champions Edition, which comes with the following items:

The physical and digital Standard Edition of the game however, will feature EA Sports ambassador Charles Leclerc alongside Lewis Hamilton and Lando Norris and comes with F1 World Starter Pack as well as 5000 PitCoin as pre-order bonuses.
