Mobage, a login platform owned by DeNA that currently hosts Granblue Fantasy has said that players may not be able to log in via Twitter in the near future.
This comes from Mobage’s Offical Twitter Account. They explain that it may no longer be possible for users to log in via Twitter due to changes in Twitter’s specifications.
If this is the case then users to have game data attached to their Twitter login may no longer have access to this data.
https://t.co/GJI4LTNPZ0

“Due to changes in Twitter’s specifications, it may not be possible to log in using your Twitter account soon. In that case, you will not be able to use game data or Mobacoins earned in campaigns. For details on how to respond, please check the announcement in Mobage”.
We should also reiterate that it has not been confirmed that Twitter will be removed from Granblue Fantasy. Mobage has only said that it is a possibility.
That being said, if you are currently logging in to Granblue Fantasy through Twitter it may be best to find another method to enter the game just to be safe. This can be done either through Mobage’s primary sign-in feature or another social media platform.
Granblue Fantasy is available for iOS and Android devices.
