Blizzard Entertainment has announced two beta weekends for Diablo IV, giving players a chance to check out the game before it launches this June.
The beta will be split into two different weekends: One for those who’d pre ordered Diablo IV running from March 17th to March 19th, as well as a general access beta for everyone else from March 24th to March 26th.
It will be available to play on PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One as well as PC.
According to Blizzard, while the previous Beta was about testing the game’s endgame loop, this one would be more akin to an early demo of the game, letting you play through the prologue and first chapter.
The beta will also include a level cap of level 25, and more information on it is set to be revealed at a special livestream on February 28th.
It should be noted that Blizzard describes the beta as being available for “most regions”, though has not clarified which ones specifically would not have access to the upcoming beta.
While never confirmed, the most likely candidate would be China, considering the current state of Blizzard not having an official publisher in the country following their agreement ending with Diablo Immortal co-publishers NetEase.
Diablo IV is arguably the company’s biggest game release this year, with fans anticipating the title for multiple years now, and even following their regular quarterly updates.
