Black Rock Shooter Fragment has announced that it is set to release in Japan on November 24 for both Android and iOS.
Their official twitter account has also stated that the English version for the game is set to release in Spring 2023.

Black Rock Shooter Fragment takes place in a world where humanity is being attacked by an A.I entity called Innocent Cloud. You, the protagonist, are tasked with coordinating the Synthetics, warriors that are immune to the virus from Innocent Cloud, and embark on a journey to stop the A.I to reclaim your future.
The core gameplay consists of you controlling a team of Synthetics to fight off waves of incoming enemies. Each unit in your team has their own attack range and you can move them individually to strike down enemies that enter their range.
The game also features the “Kill Ability”, where all surviving members of your unit combine their strength to unleash powerful barrages of attacks against the enemies.
A pre-registration campaign is currently ongoing on both App Store and Google Play Store, offering players lots of rewards for reaching specific milestones when the game launches such as:

Black Rock Shooter dates back to an original character illustration of Ryohei Fuke, best known as Huke, which was later adapted into a music video by Ryo of Supercell titled “Black Rock Shooter”. The series was also adapted into an OVA in 2010 and 2 anime adaptation in 2012 and their latest in 2022 titled Black Rock Shooter: Dawnfall.
