SEGA announced that Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden remasters will be released on January 19, 2023.
Both the remasters will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox Game Pass, Xbox One, Xbos Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, Windows (PC) and Steam.
To celebrate the three Persona Remasters, SEGA has released a new visual artwork featuring the main protagonists from and their respective Personas from all three games.
Persona 3 Portable
The game was first released for the PlayStation Portable in the year 2009 and the first in the Persona series offering players the choice to choose a female protagonist, opening new routes and scenarios.
The story tells of SEES, a group of high school students investigating the mysterious time period Dark Hour as they fight the monsters Shadows with their Persona, a manifestation of their inner self.
Persona 4 Golden
First released for the PlayStation Vita in 2012, the game has amassed countless game awards and sold over 1 million copies worldwide when it was launched on Steam.
The story revolves around Yu Narukami in Inaba, a town where mysterious murders takes place. Upon stumbling into a distorted TV World, Yu and his friends decide to investigate the murders together with the new power they have acquired, Persona.
Persona 5 Royal
A remaster for the game that was released in 2019, this edition comes with over 40 paid-DLC from the original Persona 5 Royal and is set to release on October 21st, 2022.
Royal features the story of the Phantom Thieves from the original Persona 5 with the addition of a third semester and the new character to their team, Kasumi as well as new areas for you to explore.
