Sword Art Online Alicization Lycoris available now on Nintendo Switch

Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia has announced that Sword Art Online Alicization Lycoris is now available on Nintendo Switch

The game branches out from the canon story after the final battle against the Administrator, the main boss of Alicization arc where the new character Medina, will take the story into a different future.

A free-to-play demo is available to play if you want to test the game out on the Nintendo Switch and it lets the players play the Chapter 1 of the game up until where the characters meet Medina and just before arriving in Zakkaria

The Nintendo Switch version of the game features the following:

• Ancient Apostle series 1 to 4
• Four design contests costume
• Beater’s Café original costume
• 20 Cube tickets

The Ancient Apostle series 5 to 8 are planned to be added into the game as free updates with the paid DLC expansions, “Myosotis” and “Blooming of Matricaria” also due to be released soon.
