Blizzard has announced that they will be having the confidential Closed End Game Beta for Diablo IV happening on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC.
Blizzard has stated that they will be using gameplay data of players who have recently spent significant amounts of time playing the end-game of Diablo II: Resurrected, Diablo III, and Diablo Immortal to select players to invite for the Closed End Game Beta.

Blizzard is doing the Closed End Game Beta to collect community feedback on the end game of Diablo IV and improve it before the launch of the game.
The Closed End Game Beta will be offering to the players the following:
- Helltide. A new region wide event that becomes available to players that have reached World Tier Three: Nightmare difficulty.
- Nightmare Dungeons. Nightmare difficulty dungeons that unlock upon locating the first Nightmare Sigil. These sigils add special modifiers to the dungeon and clearing these high difficulty dungeons offers even more sigils.
- Whispers of the Dead. Scattered Whispers throughout the Sanctuary that awards experience, gold and Grim Favours upon completing their associated quests.
- Field of Hatred. Designated PvP zones where players can dispatch demons to collect Seeds of Hatred
- Paragon Boards. End-game character growth system that unlocks upon reaching level 50.
The date for the Closed End Game Beta has yet to be announced but invitations will be sent until November 18th for selected players.

Diablo IV will also be having a public testing phase beginning early next year.
Diablo IV is an upcoming action role-playing game developed and published by Blizzard Entertainment and is expected to release in 2023.
