Torchlight: Infinite has begun the next round of closed beta testing, and this time, it’s available to global players! As with the previous session – itself limited to United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand – there’s no fixed end date to note at the start, with announcements to follow as needed.
From the Torchlight: Infinite FAQ on TapTap, this closed beta is available for all regions, so global players can rejoice. As long as you’re logged in to the same TapTap account, all data will be synced across platforms you may play the game on, eventually deleted when the test ends. Guest account data will be lost when uninstalled during the testing period. If you still have the previous beta client, you’ll need to uninstall it and reinstall according to your email instructions.
The game remains a TapTap exclusive, with invitations sent out to pre-registered users. iOS users will need to try for limited slots through TestFlight, so you might want to join the Discord server for them. Emulators nor controllers are currently officially supported.
You can check out our impressions of the first closed beta test here, and compare that experience with your own. New features have been added and optimizations made, so be sure to give it a good shake!
