Dabi is an extremely offensive-oriented unit who burns both enemies and even himself. His Plus Ultra Attack deals 700% damage to one enemy with high chance to burn the target and himself for 3 turns.

His 1st skill hits all enemies with 225% damage with a high chance to burn enemies with Hellfire, medium chance to burn enemies for 3 turns and high chance to burn himself for 3 turns. This skill has a short 4-turn cooldown. Hellfire causes all remaining turns of burn to take effect immediately, then cancels burn. Hellfire can also result in critical damage, providing immense damage potential.

His 2nd skill hits all enemies with 250% damage while reducing their ATK by 15% for 3 turns with a medium chance to burn enemies for 3 turns and high chance to burn himself for 3 turns. This skill has a 5-turn cooldown.

Dabi’s 1st auto skill fills his Plus Ultra Gauge by 20% and increases his crit rate by 20% while he is burned.

His 2nd auto skill increases critical damage by 40% while he is burned. It also reduces the burn damage he takes by 70%.

Overall, he has insane damage potential and appears to be an extremely capable unit both in VE Tower and PvP. While it’s still too early to tell if UR Dabi is a top tier unit My Hero Ultra Impact, he does appear to rank pretty highly overall based on his kit.

As such, if you have the Gems to spare, Dabi is a pretty solid choice to pull for in the upcoming banner.
