Uma Musume x FamilyMart collaboration announced

A collaboration event between Uma Musume and FamilyMart will be ran between 15 February 2022 and 7 March 2022 at approximately 16,600 outlets throughout Japan.

It will be a fairly extensive campaign to say the least, with food items taking centre stage:

Gold Ship Large Sauce Yakisoba

This yakisoba is inspired by the yakisoba that Goldship bakes in the in-game events. It is a hearty product topped with stir-fried vegetables, pork, and fried egg, and can be enjoyed with additional toppings such as mayonnaise and mustard.

Satono Diamond’s Spicy Spicy Chicken

This spicy chicken is inspired by Satono Diamond, a super ojousama who likes to try very spicy food.

Tamamo Cross Cheese Takoyaki

This cheese- takoyaki is inspired by Tamamo Cross, a native of the Kansai region who appears in the game in a scene where she is cooking takoyaki. Topped with Danish cheese, the takoyaki can be drizzled with an optional cheese-like sauce to represent Tamamo Cross’ nickname, White Lightning.

Sakura Bakushin O Ham, Eggs and Vegetable Mix

Inspired by Sakura Bakushin O’s “Fast! Tasty! Hurry!” support card which appears in the game. It contains two sandwiches with boiled eggs, pork ham, as well as green and yellow vegetables.

Mejiro McQueen Motivation Up Dessert

While not quite the parfait depicted in-game, this fruit pudding bears the name of Mejiro McQueen as she is particularly fond of desserts. The pudding is engulfed in whipped cream blended with fresh cream from Hokkaido, and topped with orange, yellow peach, strawberry, and chocolate pieces.

Uma Musume Pretty Derby Manmaru-yaki (with custard-flavoured cream)

Contains original branding designs of Special Week, Silence Suzuka, and Tokai Teio. Includes original design stickers utilising all 10 Umamini materials.

Silence Suzuka’s Ichigo Daifuku

The name comes from the fact that strawberry daifuku is Silence Suzuka’s favourite food. The packaging depicts Silence Suzuka in a “strawberry daifuku pose”. The soft and chewy daifuku dough is filled with a flavourful grained bean paste made from azuki beans grown in Hokkaido and a whole fresh strawberry.

Kitasan Black’s Swiss Roll

This tyre-shaped roll cake is inspired by the large tyres that appear in the “Friendship Training” event in the game. The black dough with bamboo charcoal powder is layered with a meringue charlotte dough that is easy to unroll, and vanilla-flavoured cream sandwiched in between.

Special Week’s Bakudan Musubi

Bakudan musubi made with Hokkaido salmon and kelp, in honour of Special Week who hails from Hokkaido. Baked and unrolled Hokkaido salmon and kelp are wrapped in fluffy domestic rice.

Inari One’s Chicken Gomoku Inari

Inspire by Inari Wan, this inarizushi is made with carrots, a favourite food of the Uma Musume, and chicken soboro.

Uma Musume Original cafe au lait

A soothing, mellow café au lait with illustrations of Uma Musume. There are a total of five different package designs.

Tokai Teio’s Honey Drink

This drink was inspired by Tokai Teio’s favourite honey beverage and has a dash of lemon flavour. There are a total of five different package designs.

Uma Musume Pretty Derby Chips

It comes with one of 12 regular cards plus 12 special rare cards with embossed designs. These potato chips have a light salty flavour.

Food aside, there is also an assortment of goods including clear files, can badges, acrylic stands and acrylic badges. Exclusive merchandise, namely towels and plushes can also be reserved on the FamilyMart website.

In addition, if you collect stamps on the FamilyMart app and apply, you will also stand a chance to win a limited luxury prize by lottery.
