New Castlevania Figure of Alucard and Richter Shines in The Night

Figurama has announced their latest scale figure featuring Alucard and Richter Belmont from the Castlevania series. You can find more details about the figure here.

The new figure, simply titled Castlevania: Symphony of The Night – Alucard and Richter displays the two characters leaping into action, slaying a horde of monsters in what is assumed to be Dracula’s castle.

they are depicted in their Ayami Kojima designs as seen in the Playstation 1 classic Castlevania Symphony of The Night, the most popular game in the series as often regarded as one of the most popular titles in the Metroidvania genre.

The creative director of the figure is Mr. Shanab with Malaysian freelance artist Daniel Kamarudin as the concept artist and Carlos Cruz as the 3D artist and sculptor. The paintwork was done by Three Eyes Studio.

The figure is likely still in early development as it currently does not have a release date, price, or size measurements. It is also not currently up for preorder however you can join a waitlist on the Figurama website to be alerted on when it will be live for order.

Ritcher Belmont is a member of the Belmont clan of vampire hunters, great-grandson of Simon Belmont. He is the main character of Castlevania: Rondo of Blood which sees him fulfill his family legacy and defeat Dracula.

The game’s direct sequel Castlevania Symphony of the Night stars Alucard, Dracula’s son as he awakens from his centuries-long slumber due to Dracula’s castle rising once again despite Dracula being dead. He soon discovers that Ritcher, possessed by the evil wizard Shaft has taken over the castle and plans to resurrect the great vampire lord. Alucard must save or defeat Richter and prevent his father’s return.

Both games are available for the PS4 as part of the ‘Castlevania Requiem: Symphony of the Night ＆ Rondo of Blood’ collection.
