Sword Art Online: Integral Factor announced by Bandai Namco

Bandai Namco has just announced Sword Art Online: Integral Factor, its latest RPG title Android and iOS at Tokyo Game Show 2017. The game is being released as a free-to-play title with the usual item-based micro-transactions.

The game really needs no introduction by now, since it is based on the popular Sword Art Online franchise. Bandai Namco did not really divulge on what the gameplay will entail, but given that this will be an RPG, you should have more or less an idea of what to expect. This time around however, you will experience the story from the eyes of another protagonist, who remains unnamed for the time being, so we are assuming you input your own. Accompanying on your adventure is the main heroine Koharu, fellow player who just started the game.

You can for the time being pre-register for the game via its official website. As usual, users will be rewarded various bonuses in the game depending on the number of sign-ups, so here is what to expect:

• 50,000 pre-registrations – 250 Arcana Gems
• 100,000 pre-registrations – 500 Arcana Gems (for a total of 750)
• 150,000 pre-registrations – 750 Arcana Gems (for a total of 1,500) + two stamps to use for communication in the game
• 200,000 pre-registrations – 1,000 Arcana Gems (for a total of 2,500) + Skill Record 4-Star Asuna
