MMORPG 剑侠情缘R (Jian Xia Qing Yuan R – JXQYR), is now available for download on Android. You can download the game for free in preparation for its open beta test on the 5th of January and perhaps even get some bonus content along the way.

Jian Xia Qing Yuan R is a remake of the 2003 PC game Jian Xia Qing Yuan Online, developed by Seasun entertainment. The original PC game was popular among Chinese and Chinese language PC gamers in the early 2000s for its Wuxia-inspired world and gameplay.

Now, Vietnamese publisher VNGGames has brought back the series in April of 2021 with JXQYR on iOS and Android. The game has since become the most popular game mobile in Vietnam and as such, the developer hopes to expand the game into other regions, including the upcoming release in Malaysia and Singapore.

The remake will faithfully recreate the mechanics of the previous iteration. This includes the core gameplay of the war between the armies of Song and Jin. Players are randomly sorted into one of the factions and kill enemies, and capture territory.

There are 10 classes and a large number of weapons that can be used to achieve these goals, giving the game a lot of versatility in customization.

There are also a number of bonus items that you can get by pre-registering for the game. These include a good amount of silver tael and Xuan Jing Ore, currency, and materials that are used within the game to further dominate in battle.
