Shadowverse announces Shaman King collaboration

Shadowverse – the card game, not the console one – has announced its Shaman King collaboration, revealing four leader skins at time of writing. The associated Shadowverse and Shaman King collab portal can be found here.

The website reveals that all eight classes will be getting collaboration leader skins, each of which will come with their respective emblems, flairs and card sleeves as well. As with the other collaborations, expect these leaders to be PAID items, available either individually or as a bundle. They will be available post 27 December 2021 PT maintenance to 25 January 2022, 07:00 PT.

Leaders revealed thus far are:

• Swordcraft: Yoh Asakura
• Runecraft: Anna Kyoyama
• Dragoncraft: Tao Ren
• Forestcraft: Horohoro

That leaves Portal, Shadow, Blood and Haven.

The other collaborations have usually included event missions for alternate card art, or “Quest” mode that could be puzzles or just fighting against AI played decks for rewards. The game’s next card expansion is coming pretty soon as well.

As tempting as it may be to wait until the collab to start just to see what Shadowverse is like, the game is running a promotion to get 100 free card packs of your choice. You will be able to claim all of them if you haven’t logged in during the event period, so why not get some free stuff?
