Publisher Aiming has announced 2.5 Dimensional Seduction: Angels’ Stage, a new game based on the cosplay-focused romantic comedy manga series by mangaka Yu Hashimoto.
Not many details have been revealed for the game yet but 2.5 Dimensional Seduction: Angels’ Stage will be a mobile title set to launch on iOS and Android devices.
The game will be developed by Team Caravan, the developers of Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? Familia Myth Battle Chronicle, also known as DanMachi: Battle Chronicle in short.
As of writing, no official release date has been announced yet.
2.5 Dimensional Seduction: Angels’ Stage is described to follow and recreate the coming-of-age story depicted in the anime adaptation of 2.5 Dimensional Seduction, which is currently in production by J.C.Staff and set to premiere in 2024.
The premise of the story follows Masamune Okumura (voiced by Junya Enoki), the president and only member of his school’s manga club, who meets his junior Lilysa Amano (voiced by Kaori Maeda), a new club member with extreme passion for cosplay.
Both high schoolers share their obsession over a fictional character named Liliel with Lilysa cosplaying as her and Okumura becoming her photographer.
Okumura later finds himself conflicted about his romantic feelings towards Lilysa and other girls such as Mikari Tachibana (voiced by Akari Kitō), Okumura’s childhood friend who happens to be a model, soon joins his manga club as well.
Written and illustrated by Yu Hashimoto, the manga began serialization in 2019 and currently has 18 volumes to date.
As mentioned, not many details have been unveiled for the game yet, but you can visit its official website here.
