This is quite the big deal, with the PUBG Mobile MY/SG Pro League 2020, also known as the PMPL as a whole, is the largest professional country-level tournament for PUBG Mobile in Southeast Asia.
The team with the best score will move on to the regional level, before moving on to the PUBG Mobile World League, competing with other teams from around the world. Southeast Asia will have six slots to fill from the region, so six teams will be getting their chance to compete on the world stage.
“PUBG Mobile Pro League 2020 is a concrete form of our commitment to continue to improve and support the e-sports industry to the highest level. There is a vibrant e-sports scene here in Malaysia filled with a great talent pool, and we cannot wait to see them showcase their skills.”
“PMPL 2020 is a new e-sports structure for players on their country level to join the professional stage. Hopefully PMPL 2020 will open up more opportunities for PUBG Mobile players to hone their skills even further, to set the stage for potential promising careers in the world of e-sports.”
